Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Northside Brush Almanac. The substance of them is that the site publishes general information and cannot stand behind decisions made from it.

Currency of the Content

Reasonable care goes into keeping the content accurate. No guarantee is offered that every statement is correct or current: codes are amended, products are discontinued, and prices move.

Liability

The reader decides what to do with what they read here. No responsibility is accepted for any resulting expense or loss, so far as the law allows.

Copyright

The writing on this site is not free for reuse. Attribution with a link earns a quotation; scraping the page does not.

Revisions to These Terms

Amendments to these terms take effect when they are published on this page. No separate notice is given, so the page itself is the reference.

Not Advice for Your Job

No article here constitutes advice for a specific project. Guides describe how exterior painting work is generally approached, which is not the same as advice about a particular property, and they should not be relied on as though it were.

Third Party Sites

Other sites are linked on merit and nothing more. The linked organization, its services and its accuracy are its own affair.
